Abstract
Crowding is one of the major problems in orthodontics. Usually extraction is recommended to make space for alignment. And more premolar extraction is popular to but, in some cases, 2nd molar and lower incosor extraction are regarded as other solution. In restricted circumstance, single lower incisor extraction gives us some advantages, for example, short_ treatment time, short retention time, easier technique, easier anchor control and so on. But there shoud be some consideration on lower incisor extraction.
Now we present two cases treated with single lower incisor extractoin with literature review.
